ENERGY ACCESS AND USE SITUATION SURVEY IN TANZANIA MAINLAND – APRIL 2020

Energy Access and Use Situation Second Survey has been conducted by the Ministry of Energy through Rural Energy Agency (REA). It provides statistical information on the access and use of energy situation in Tanzania Mainland. The 2019/20 Report is more detailed than the previous one highlighting the current energy situation in the rural and urban areas in terms of level of electrification, affordability, perceptions of households, benefits, impact of electrification and sources of energy for lighting and cooking.
