Deadline for submission of Call for Proposal for Deployment of Stand-Alone Solar Home Systems (SA-SHS) in Remote Villages in Geita, Ludewa and Mbulu Districts has been extended up to 15th September 2025.

The Rural Energy Agency (REA) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers for the supply, installation, and testing of Stand-Alone Solar Home Systems (SA-SHS) in eight remote villages across Geita, Ludewa and Mbulu districts. Those villages are located in remote areas with challenging geographical conditions, hence, impractical for grid extension.

The Rural Energy Agency issue the Second Call for applications from qualified suppliers to Supply and install Clean Cooking Solutions to Households, Public and Private Institutions through on-call basis.

The Agency is hereby re-advertising the call for the Supply and Installation of SA-SHS for the  applicants to submit proposals for Lot 1 amongst the seventeen (17) lots advertised during the first call.

The Rural Energy Agency invites applications from qualified suppliers to submit proposals detailing the types of clean cooking solutions intending to supply clean cooking solutions across the country at subsidized rates. The proposal should also outline the actual costs and distribution expenses for providing these services in rural areas.

Wakala wa Nishati Vijijini (REA) unakaribisha waombaji wenye vigezo kuomba mkopo wa kuwezesha ujenzi wa vituo vipya vidogo vya gharama nafuu vya bidhaa za mafuta (petroli na dizeli) ili kuwezesha ujenzi na uendeshaji wa vituo vipya vidogo vya gharama nafuu maeneo ya vijijini.
